I honestly do not know how to feel about the belt and feet cuffs…. Don’t seem to serve much of a purpose…. They do get in the way tho… I love the tote…. Which would probably maybe be $10 on its own… so weight your options. I might return if I did the tote by itself.

Get fit!
This aquatic fitness set is exactly what I needed to take my pool workouts to the next level! I swim daily and also do water aerobics, and this set has everything I need in one convenient package. It includes foam dumbbells, adjustable swim cuffs, a swimming belt (that I won’t use but my husband will) and even a large mesh carry bag to keep everything organized—no more juggling loose gear at the pool! The aquatic dumbbells are made from lightweight but buoyant EVA foam and are super easy to grip. They provide great resistance for upper body exercises and have held up well in the water so far. You will feel the difference in your workout.The adjustable ankle cuffs are also a fantastic addition. The quick-release buckles make them easy to put on and take off, and they stay securely in place during movement. Very Disappointing and Frustrating
These are rather expensive for the quality you receive. The bag and the hand weights are nice. However, the belt and leg weights are impossible to manage. The straps on these items do NOT stay tight. I tried water-walking with the leg weights. I started with them around my ankles. After a very few minutes, they were around my thighs, and one of the straps came completely off. The straps are not attached to the leg weights. As for the waist belt, it started around my waist and ended up under my breasts in the front and up to my neck in the back. The straps on these items will loosen to their extreme once you begin using them. I cannot figure out how to make them stay put where I want them. I’m going to return the whole damn lot. If you are up to the fight with them, then buy them. Maybe if I were fat, they would work — lol.

This set is perfect for working out in the pool. Everything works great. Easy to use and makes a difference compared to “just swimming.” I recommend.
