I’m thrilled with this posture corrector. It’s very comfortable; the material is soft and breathable, so it doesn’t cause any discomfort even if I wear it for several hours. Since I started using it, I’ve noticed that my back feels straighter and less tense, especially after spending a lot of time sitting in front of the computer.I use it for strength training, and when I go shopping for everything and it’s already snowing, my back hurts.Plus, it’s not as noticeable under clothing and it’s easy to adjust, so I can move without feeling constricted. I like that it really helps maintain good posture without overexerting myself. Overall, I feel it’s been a good purchase to take care of my back and relieve shoulder pain.

I love that the shoulder straps are comfortably secure and do not dig into my underarms as other posture correctors have done. I also love that this is light weight and will be comfortable when the temperatures hit 115 degrees. I am 80 and reasonably strong. The Velcro on the shoulder definitely secure themselves to the band, and I was able to undo them with just a bit of effort. However, they might be difficult for someone older and/or not as strong.
