Does not work as advertised.
Start-up procedure is baffling. Instructions, in very broken English, are incomprehensible. From the moment I put it on it never stopped buzzing. At first I thought it was merely calibrating my posture for reference, but the buzzing literally never stopped. A complete waste of money.

Stronger ,Alerting when posture is hunched
You have to really be hunched for the monitor to buzz and alert you of posture. Needs to be more sensitive to hunchback posture But it’s okay for the low price

Dont expect a physical therapist – be realistic
I call it the accountability collar (lol).Perfect for someone who already knows the physical therapy for forward head slumped shoulder but has trouble sticking to the correct posture. You can do exercises all day but if you slump during the day, the exercises dont do jack. Every physical therapist knows that maintaining good posture all the time will fix it hard and fast. Just make sure to do the exercises, mobility and stretching too because no device will accomplish that. Its a necessity in addition to this device in my experience.This device cannot fine tune your neck and shoulders, it is there to deter you from slumping forward at the computer. You cannot pay 25 bucks expecting a physical therapist. But you can pay 25 bucks to be annoyed by your own slumping which works wonders!! Haha

A huge disappointment
I was so excited about this, but after wearing it for several hours I’ll be returning it. I had hoped it would do as it claimed and buzz me when my head leaned forward. I practically have to drop my head to my lap before it buzzes. This was a huge disappointment.
