Our pool is not open for the season yet so I wasn't able to test these in the water. However, as an occupational therapist, I have used similar ones for water exercise for myself and for my patients. This set feels sturdy enough to do the job. It requires minimal assembly, which includes popping in the keepers on each end, but that was a simple process. Although these are extremely lightweight, as most water dumbbells are, they will provide plenty of resistance when in the water, and the light weight makes them easy to transport and store. The price is reasonable when compared to similar items on Amazon. I'm anxious to get into the pool and try these out.

The product is great. The delivery was terrible! Left in someone else’s mailbox. Had to track down mail person this morning and have him look through all the parcel boxes. If I had not done that we may not have received it.
