It is big for a small wrist.Update so I have an iPhone and it seems to be messing up my phone. If I do not have my watch on it’s like I can’t push buttons. I can’t speak to talk. I’m gonna give it another week and if nothing changes, I’m gonna have to refund.

It assisted in transforming the exercise into something that I paid more attention to, rather than leaving it as a goal that was only a nebulous concept in my thoughts.
