LOVE this belt for dog walking.
I got this belt to wear during my very long walks with my dog, who is high energy and needs me to wear her out! Every night I fill one of the bottles 90% and one of the bottles 50% and put them in the freezer with no caps (braced so they stand up straight). The 90% one becomes full once frozen and the 50% one I add water to in the morning and then cap them and put them in the belt. That way the 50% full one melts first and I have enough cool water for the first half of my walk, and then I drink the fully frozen one on the second half of my walk once it’s melted. In the loops that they say are for energy gels I have a personal alarm/pepper spray on one side and a spare roll of dog poop bags on the other side. The loops are the perfect size for both of these. Although I wish the pocket was bigger, it’s big enough for a couple bug repellent wipes and a flat stroopwafel energy cookie as well as my phone. If I had my vehicle key without a lot of other things attached to it I would be able to put my key in there as well, but usually I put my keys in my shorts pocket and zip the pocket anyway. I tried wearing this belt on my back but I found it more comfortable and convenient to wear it in front. It stays in place and is comfortable to wear for 5+ miles at a time. I suspect that I will be using this for many years and miles to come.

Good for the budget minded
Went for a 1hr easy run with some intervals, the belt was always very steady. Can be worn either with the bottles facing forward or backwards, it’s stable either way. The pockets are sturdy and it may be a bit tough to get the bottles in and out while sprinting. The elastic bands to keep them in place are a bit loose, so I’m not sure they’re helping much, but the friction from the pockets is sufficient. Mind you, this is the first run: I don’t know if they’ll get loose/soft over time, but for 8.99$ I’m very happy with the belt.

Comfortable and convenient
I was looking for a way to carry water on longer runs that wouldn’t bounce or shift around. I’ve tried a camelback and gave up and didn’t want to really consider a vest so I gave these a shot. The inside of the belt has rubber dots on the inside of the pockets that hold the water bottles. This keeps the belt from moving. It wasn’t too tight and fit great. I didn’t even notice it while running. It also has the inside pockets in the middle for your phone and a hole for your headphones (that my teenage daughter had to point out to me). I’ve also used the center pockets to hold energy gels. I’ve taken the belt on long bike rides and hikes. Very comfortable. It’s a great value.

Too Big and Clunky
The belt itself is nice and lightweight but the problem is that its so clunky. The water containers are really big and makes it hard to wear while running. I would recommend wearing it backwards. Otherwise its going to be in your way when you swing your arms.
