This might be the only running vest you need
I have another Nathan vest that I like but don’t love it as it kind of bounces too much. It has decent storage and it works, but I was looking to upgrade. This one offers so much more at nearly the same price point and so I grabbed it. No regrets. It gives you the flexibility of a soft flask or a water bladder (or both if you really wanted to); I prefer the bladder as it reduces bounce so much. You have a zippered pocket on one shoulder strap and an open pocket on the other, a great combination. In addition to the space for the bladder (which has multiple velcro straps to hang/secure it by the way) you have a decent bit of space if you needed put in snacks or extra clothing or something. The straps are extremely breathable and have a wide range of adjustment as well as ample securement points for your water bladder hose. If it has a flaw, the back is far less breathable, partially a byproduct of the water bladder, but the material as a whole is more solid and less mesh. But if you are wanting less size/weight/coverage than a running backpack but still like to be able to carry more than a just a gel or two, this is a real winner.

Lightweight, Comfortable, & Does Exactly What It’s Supposed To 🏃♂️
This hydration vest is great & really well made. It’s lightweight, comfortable to wear, & doesn’t feel bulky or restrictive at all once it’s on. The fit feels secure, the straps adjust easily, & it sits nicely without bouncing around while moving. It feels breathable & practical, especially for runs where you don’t want to carry anything in your hands!Honestly, there isn’t much else to say because it just works. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do without any fuss, which is honestly what you want from something like this. Solid quality, simple design, & very functional. Easy 5 out of 5 stars & I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable hydration vest!

No bladder included so I got ripped off. The product is useless without the bladder what a scam!!!! I would give negative stars if I could!!!

Great Inexpensive Running Vest
This is a nice very basic running vest. I will admit that I’ve probably owned a dozen running vests, and several have been from Nathan. This is pretty much the ultra stripped down version, and the price does reflect that. At under $50, it is a great value.The vest itself is super lightweight, and adjust nicely to various body types. I am 5’4″, and weigh approximately 140 lb, and this fit me well.I tested it out with a 7 mile run, and I would say it has very little bounce. I found the vest very comfortable, while wearing a thin running hoodie, and when running in just a thin long sleeve shirt. I’ll come here and update my review, once I’ve tried it in just a sports bra.It has room for one one hydration flask, but you have to supply that yourself. This vest does not come with any of hydration accessories. I personally used a 14 oz Nathan flask with it, and that worked well. The backpack portion will accommodate a bladder which is 1.5-2L.It also has a second pocket that zips which did fit my phone, but that would be about it. You could also opt to keep your phone on you, and use that pocket for gels, if need be. The major downfall of this fest is definitely its storage capacity. It holds much less, compared to other vests that I own.I personally feel like this vest is designed for smaller distances. I don’t think I would use it for any run that is more than half marathon length, but that’s just personal preference.Overall, I really like how lightweight this vest is. I also like the simplicity of it. It adjusts very easily, and is comfortable on. I will definitely reach for it again during my shorter runs.

Good fit and great for shorter runs
I got this vest for my husband, who is 225 lbs, and it fit him well with room to adjust. It’s lightweight and comfortable, making it a great option for shorter runs or training days. The reflective details are a nice safety feature too.The only limitation is that the front pockets only fit shorter flasks, so it may not be ideal if you prefer larger bottles up front. Overall, a solid hydration vest for everyday runs.
