A thoughtful, well‑designed maternity ball set with great app support
My husband ended up helping me inflate the ball and the stability base (aka the circle that comes with it) because, honestly, I did not have the patience that day. He took over with the little pump like a man on a mission, and in about 15 minutes he had both pieces filled. I supervised from a safe distance … emotional support counts.Something important that people might miss in the instructions is that you’re supposed to inflate the ball to 80% capacity first, then wait 24–72 hours before topping it off. We had to pause for a couple of days because PVC needs time to stretch and settle after the first inflation. It felt like we were letting dough rise… but for a giant yoga ball.About the color, size, and material – I got the old‑rose pink shade, and even though I’m not usually a pink lover, this one is soft, muted, and surprisingly pretty. The material feels thick, sturdy, and very resistant, which gives me confidence when I’m sitting on it. The size looks exactly like the standard yoga balls I’ve seen before. I’ve never owned one until now, but for a first experience, it feels just right.Signing up for the app was very easy. The set includes a card with a code that unlocks the app content, and I added some screenshots so you can see how nicely organized it is. I love that it includes preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum courses. For pregnancy, it even breaks things down by trimester (first, second, and third) with sessions ranging from about 11 to 19 minutes. After our three‑day “ball resting period,” I finally got to use it, and now I actually sit on it while I work at my computer. It’s comfortable, stable, and the stability base keeps it from rolling away. Which is great, because the last thing I need is to chase a giant ball across the room during a meeting. All in all, this is a well‑made, thoughtful set with helpful extras and a surprisingly good app. For being my first yoga‑ball experience, I’m very happy with it.

Think Twice if You’re Tall
Quality of the ball is great- it’s thick and inflated to be pretty sturdy. The size of the ball is a little small if you’re tall at all. I’m nearly six feet and while this will be nice to have for labor, it puts me in more of a deep squat position than I’d like so need to find a bigger/taller ball for day to day sitting

Perfect for pregnancy and recovery!
My wife was so excited to get this maternity ball before having our third child! She used it constantly for her daily exercise and prenatal yoga routines. The dusty rose color is very pretty and the textured material feels incredibly durable and thick. What makes this so much better than a standard exercise ball is the included stabilizing ring. It functions perfectly to keep the ball securely in place so it does not roll away while she is sitting on it. This added so much safety and peace of mind for both of us during her prebirth movements! It is a full size yoga ball!We also love that it comes with access to an app that provides clear usage instructions and full courses to follow along with. It takes all the guesswork out of figuring out the best stretches to do. She is still using it now for her postpartum recovery and it has been exceptionally helpful for her posture and comfort. It is very easy to inflate and holds air very well without leaking over time. This is a great value for a versatile birthing ball that supports you through the whole journey!

Poor quality
The quality did not seem great especially for the money. The pump is very difficult to fill the ball. The main issue was with the base. There was a big bumps on it that prevents it from keeping it uniform and filling more air. Seemed like it would burst at these weak spots before it filled it

Great quality ball even if you’re not pregnant
I picked this up even though I’m not pregnant. I mainly wanted something different to use as a desk chair and this one caught my eye because the color was cute and it comes with a stand. It turns out it works really well for that purpose. The material feels thick and durable right away. It doesn’t feel flimsy or like it’s going to pop if you look at it wrong. Once it’s inflated it holds its shape well and feels very sturdy to sit on. The stand is actually really helpful too because it keeps the ball from slowly rolling away across the room when you stand up.It comes with a hand pump included which is nice. I did try it but ended up switching to our electric pump because I was feeling a little impatient. Either way it inflates easily and doesn’t take long to get set up.There is also an option to download an app that includes workouts and different routines you can follow. That’s a nice bonus if you actually want to use it for exercise or maternity support. In my case it mostly supports my posture while I answer emails, which I’m pretty sure was not the original marketing plan.Even though it’s designed for maternity and labor support, it works great for other things too. I’ve been using it as a desk chair alternative and it’s surprisingly comfortable.Overall it seems like a really solid quality exercise ball and the stand makes it even more practical. Whether you’re pregnant, exercising, or just trying to sit at a desk without turning into a human question mark like I was, it’s a great option.

Sturdy, holds air well, and feels safe to use
This feels like a well-made exercise ball right away. It inflated pretty easily and didn’t have that thin, stretchy feeling some cheaper ones do.Once inflated, it holds air well — I haven’t had to keep topping it off, which is usually my first complaint with these. The material feels thick and stable, which makes a big difference in how safe it feels to use. It’s comfortable to sit on and works well for stretching and basic exercises. It doesn’t roll or shift unexpectedly, which I appreciated.Overall it feels reliable and not like something you have to worry about giving out under you.
