Horrible product, false advertised, mis-shipped, poor customer service
Horrible product, false advertised, mis-shipped, and shipped in non-protected package which allowed item to be damaged during mis-shipment process. This product was mis-shipped which resulted in it not getting delivered until a week and a half after the promised arrival date. As a result I ordered the same product from another seller and received that package a couple days after, which was well before this actual order. The product from the other seller which is the same item is horrible tasting, it has no hint of raspberry or cheesecake, it has a bland non sweet taste, it honestly tasted almost like vanilla. When I mixed it with milk it just frothed up and had the texture of foam, which was not appealing at all. In regards to my particular Amazon order, when it finally arrived the product was shipped in a paper bag which gave zero protection, and as a result the container looked like it had been squished with the lid and protective cover popped off, resulting in the powder pouring out into the paper bag. Before I even opened the package I tried to get a refund because of the mis-shipment, but was told by Customer no refunds, sorry, even though when I ordered it “Free Returns” was on the listing, it even said that it was eligible for returns until February 29th, but Amazon Customer service was rude and said “no refunds, ending chat”. Because of this I opened the paper package and found the damaged container, which I am still fighting for return on. Do not order this product, very poor Quality, poor shipment, false advertising, and poor customer service.
