Great Brand, Great Choice
I love Sports Research and have faithfully used many of their supplements for a couple years now. Overall I was just looking to get more greens in my diet, and so when I saw this I figured it was worth a shot. Honestly, enough people have said this but the flavor is much better than I expected. It tastes pleasant, like a healthy juice. Texture isn’t too bad, definitely not gritty but you do need to shake/blend well.For the health side, I have noticed some visible benefits. It seems to be helping my gut health and my energy has improved. If you’re looking for greens, this is a fantastic choice! Sports Research doesn’t disappoint.

I bought & tried it !!! … I’ve tried it in coconut milk , 2% milk , on oatmeal , on toast amoungst other things & sorry I came to the same conclusion , YUCK . I’d assume that others have had far better experiences because this is comparable to devouring seaweed , in a different form .I haven’t used it enough to experience any good never mind bad effects . If it’s mixed in a drink , it needs to be shaken or stirred , it’s not a martini so sorry Mr.(James Bond) or it will settle to the bottom & be a green mess . Tis better sprinkled on a sandwich or bowl of whatever you decide to consume . & to think I also purchased a big bag of Moringa powder , too .

I’ve tried many different green superfoods & had a go too. As a result of trying this one for the first time which was my last order. I have switched to these greens, for the noticeable feeling, the convenience of easy mixing, the energy it brings, along with the quality, health, effectiveness, & overall positive impact it has had in just the first month of taking. Contains caffeine, so not a great nutritional supplement
This product contains caffeine from matcha, but is very coy about it. As matcha is fairly high in caffeine naturally, this could be a substantial amount. To my eyes, that isn’t appropriate for a nutritional supplement. And since they do not disclose the amount, you cannot take it into account when considering your daily caffeine intake. I’d recommend a different product if you’re interested in a nutritional supplement, rather than a coffee replacement.
