Fit beast grip strength trainer 6 pieces
Excellent product! Right now the lowest level “soft” ball is being used as a P.T. aide during recovery from an open reduction of a humeral fracture. Squeezing the ball is reducing the post-op swelling in the arm. The elastic finger web exerciser is also helping work muscles. As time goes on,the more difficult balls and webs will be used. Love the product!!! Very helpful for recovery!!

Nice progression through 3 stages. Soft medium and hard in both the balls and the finger flexors.I just had Bilateral Carpal Tunnel Release Surgery in December 2025. These were very helpful for the home strengthening PT I was assigned to do.

My hands have issues 🙂 lol, been damaged, are old, and also arthritis. The balls appear to be very good quality and definite difference in feel from soft to hard. Also the same with the finger “bands”, it all seems very good, thanks.

Good idea, but bands finger holes are too small
The finger holes are too tight. The bands are designed to go over your knuckles. It cuts off circulation before you can exercise properly. Otherwise it’s a good idea. I wear a small to medium glove, my ring finger is a 6. I hope this helps.
