A good and sturdy ball at a a good price
I’m no yogi-man so I can’t talk about the ball’s Yoga qualifications but I can speak to its quality as a ball and its use in my own, personal physical therapy.The ball ships deflated and comes with a capable little air pump and fittings for inflating. You can think of it as a large hypodermic but for injecting air. After pumping it up, one inserts a small plastic plug and you are ready for action.The ball itself has a nice, non-slip texture and does seem to be made of thick material as advertised. My physio has me rolling the ball between my forehead and a wall. This is easily done due to the non-slip nature of the material which I’m guessing has some sort of silicone content.

Good exercise ball but a bit bigger than some used at studios
I was looking for a small exercise ball that was similar to the ones they use at Pilates studios. This ball is a bit bigger but I actually like the bigger size. It has great texture for gripping and doesn’t slip when I’m using it during work outs. It came with a pump which was convenient. The color matches the description. It hold air pretty good and feels like it will be durable. In all, for the price this is a good purchase .

Feels of good quality, however getting it inflated took forever due to the tip that came with the pump not fitting into the ball. Took longer than it should have to inflate. Also the color is very inaccurate. Has a nice grip to it though! About what I would expect for $7. Bought the green 9” ball and it came as grey.

Perfect for at home workouts!
Definitely bigger than I expected, which isn’t a bad thing! It was easy to inflate, it comes with two plugs, and a device to remove the plug. Once the plug was secured firmly it remained inflated. I specifically purchased my for pelvic floor exercises so I didn’t inflate it all of the way, and it’s worked out great. Image is a standard iPad just to compare sizes. 🙂

Cheap
First of all, the ball is much larger than advertised (or normal for this type of ball). Second, the pump broke the first time I tried to use it – what a waste (extra plastic in a landfill now, when blowing it up by mouth is just fine)
