Worth it!
I am pleased with this purchase. Recently diagnosed with stenosis the stretching is very helpful. Glad I bought it be sure to use all three positions. I do 7 min each.

If you have poor posture it does help make you straighten up. It’s all up to you to use it. Great way to straighten you out after lots of yard work or heavy cleaning or anything that has you bent over for hours at a time.

Don’t pull the arms out
It does what I needed it to do. But there’s a lack of instructions and I didn’t know I needed to twist the arms once fully extended to tighten them on the pole. I pulled one too hard and it came off cause I didn’t know what I was doing lol. Now it won’t stay extended because I can’t tighten it. But I just use that end for my head.

Good product. Sturdy, easy to use, light weight. It is great to help with posture issues. My son is Autistic with mobility issues, and this is helping stretch his back muscles, standing straight knees, which helps walk better. Only con is probably user issues, the arms a a little hard to extend at first, but others grateful to have a tool tohelp my son.
