Better than Speedo? Comfortable Gasket, Anti-Fog, & Genius Strap Design! (Florida Tested)
I normally use Speedo racing goggles, so I have high standards for clarity and seal. I’ve only used these Aegend goggles once in my Florida pool so far, but I’m already impressed. In my opinion, this is a very high-quality product that addresses several flaws of other major brands. My 5-star rating is based solely on my own side-by-side comparison with Speedo.- These claim to be anti-fog, and I can confirm that they are perfect right now. However, based on my experience with all goggles used in Mediterranean Sea salt and Florida heat, anti-fog coatings always degrade over time. I’m satisfied for now and will see how they hold up during a multi-month trip to Turkiye this summer.- The silicone gasket is well-made and created a perfect seal. More importantly, it did not leave deep, reddish “circles” around my eyes like my Speedo goggles do. This is a huge win for comfort, as I don’t look weird for an hour after swimming.- I love the design of the straps; it gas a genius adjustment system! There is a simple red release button on the side that allows you to easily pull and lock the strap. Even better, they included a dedicated plastic clip that holds the tail of the strap securely. This prevents the strap ends from moving around flimsily, which is my main complaint with most other designs.- Note that the nose bridge is fixed (solid construction), unlike some Speedos that come with interchangeable bridges. This was not an issue for me, but it is something to consider if you need a very specific fit.- It includes a very sturdy, protective case that will keep the goggles intact and safe from scratches when not in use.- The listing states these provide UV protection. I cannot scientifically test that, but the lens is mirrored. This not only likely blocks the sun (great for Florida) but also makes your eyes look dark from the outside, which is a cool look.- Price-wise, for $20, this is a solid deal and feels like a bargain for the quality.Final Verdict: At this price, these offer better comfort (no eye-circles) and a significantly better strap design than many racing goggles. If you need comfortable, secure swimming goggles with a protective case, this is a fantastic 5-star choice. I’m looking forward to giving them a full-month workout in the Mediterranean this summer and will update if my opinion changes!Pro-Tip for Long-Term Anti-Fog: All goggles eventually lose their factory coating. When these start to fog in the future, don’t just spit in them. My trick is to put a single drop of clear dish soap (or even better, baby shampoo for no eye-sting) on the inside of the dry lens. Spread it gently with your finger, then rinse it lightly with water. Do not rub the lens while rinsing and don’t use a high-pressure tap. Just a gentle stream to remove the excess. This leaves a microscopic film that prevents fogging for at least an hour of swimming!

Crystal Clear Swim Goggles
I picked up these goggles in preparation for the upcoming swimming season here in the Southwest desert. I’ve typically avoided wearing goggles because the ones I’d used in the past were racing-style and always felt too tight around my eye sockets, with a noticeably restricted field of vision. I now realize that those were simply the wrong style for casual swimming and fitness use. These goggles are a much better fit for general swimming. They have an extended cushion around the eye area that feels very comfortable while still maintaining a solid watertight seal. The field of vision is a major improvement over traditional racing goggles. Visibility feels broad and natural, with only a minimal frame outline at the outer edges of my vision, which makes them feel much less restrictive.I also really like the adjustment mechanism. On the black version, there is a small red push button underneath outside edge of each lens. Pressing it releases the strap tension, and releasing the button locks the strap into place at marked positions. The system works smoothly and makes size adjustments quick and easy. The only caution I’d mention is for people with larger heads. I would consider my head size medium-to-large, and I find these most comfortable at their maximum strap length. Also, the bridge between the eyes is not adjustable, so if you have wider-set eyes, the fit may not be ideal.Other than that, I really don’t have any complaints. These are a great option for casual swimmers who want comfort and a wide field of vision.

Great-fitting men’s swim goggles — no fogging and super easy to adjust
I have to say I was a bit skeptical at first because I’ve had a lot of mixed experiences with goggles. Having said that, I really like these ones. I have a narrower face, and these fit great right out of the box without having to swap out nose bridge pieces as I’ve had to do with others I’ve used (these do not come with interchangeable bridge pieces, by the way). For me, these worked great as a men’s option with a narrower fit. There’s an easy button to adjust the strap size. I wasn’t sure how well that would hold, but it stayed secure for my entire 30-minute swim—both swimming laps and playing in the pool with my kids. It’s literally the easiest goggle strap adjustment I’ve ever used. They didn’t fog up at all and stayed nice and clear the whole time, which was a big plus. Normally I take goggles off at least once or twice to rinse them and defog—these stayed on the entire swim. They also include a nice plastic carrying case with holes for airflow, which is great for letting them dry out after use.Overall, these are awesome goggles and I’d definitely recommend them for men or older kids. I give them 5 stars.Pros: Great fit for narrow face, easy and secure strap adjustment, no fogging, clear visibility, includes ventilated carrying case.Cons: None so far.
