Great roller. Stiff, but not unbearable.
Love this little roller. It’s perfect for travel as it’s small. But I mostly use it at home and it’s just fine. It’s stiff, but i just used it on the bed until I got use to it. GREAT for stiff back release.

Bad logo placement, but easy to remove
– Everything I want in a FIRM foam roller- The short size and small diameter is great for travel, so lightweight- Slightly different pressure and positioning from the 12” diameter version, but great- WHY WOULD YOU PUT a hard logo in the middle of a massage roller?? Terrible design, but at least it’s easy to peel off. Otherwise, works great.

For being a soft roller, it is pretty hard. Maybe in time it will soften. Other than that it is a nice size and will fit nicely if taking on a trip

Excellent size, especially for traveling. The roll is firm and works well.
Very nice collar. Color is pretty, easy to clean. I love the added rubber pendant to stop my dogs tag from clinking. Will buy again! –

Nice for traveling. I took this on a trip toJapan and to Costa Rica. Fit will ok my back. Very very firm. The one I normally useIs not as hard as this one. It’s also smaller so it is a little more difficult to use. Overall mostlyDid what I needed it to do.

Not Soft Density
This roller is a high density foam roller. (states that right on the package) If that is what you are looking for this is fine. I was looking for a softer density roller which this is not. I have a few high density foam rollers and this is just like those.

Got me through a walking-heavy trip
I bought this for a trip to Japan that started a couple weeks after I finished my physical therapy sessions for an injured achilles tendon. I knew Japan was very walking-intensive, so I feared for the health of my legs and tendon. I foam rolled at home all the time to help with that, so I bought this one to bring with me on the trip.It was the true MVP of my entire trip.The end of each day in Japan found me sore and aching in the legs, but no matter how tired I was, I set aside time to foam roll my legs and back. I never woke up sore after that, I always woke up ready to begin a new day of walking. I was so afraid of reinjuring myself on such an intense trip, but thanks to this little foam roller, I powered through without any significant pain.It fit perfectly inside my roller carry-on. Some folks might think it takes up too much room (I’d say it took up a 1/10 of the length), but for something this important, I was willing to sacrifice that space.Am definitely going to travel with this always!
