Best stability ball I have ever owned
This is not the first time I have purchased a stability ball, but I doubt if I will ever need to buy another one! This ball came with very specific instructions to allow the material (plastic, rubber, I don’t know) to relax after shipping and a tape measure to make sure that the ball was correctly inflated. There were also extra plugs and a little tool to pull out the plug if the ball needed to be deflated. When inflated, it is very sturdy, very stable and comfortable to sit on. The chart of exercises was a nice addition, though I would suggest anyone who is using the ball as a physical therapy tool check with their therapist; the exercises ranged from the simple ab stabilizing to the very advanced back exercises. I wouldn’t ever recommend any particular exercise; check with someone who knows. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it is so big – the 75 – that it doesn’t go through doorways and is hard to store! But it is getting a lot of use, so I guess it will just have to sit out. Very nice product, highly recommended

Holds a 300# man
This is the best quality exercise ball I’ve ever used. It’s great for my lower back to get some movement. I’m 300# and I have no fear that it will pop. I inflated it to about 60cm which was the right firmness for me. Over the month it has not lost any air and is still 60cm. Great value for about $20.

Owned this bad boy for nearly 2 years, still works great.
I have a really difficult time sitting for long periods of time, i decided to try this balance ball for my office, as i work a job that requires me to sit at a desk for long stretches of time.I ordered this in March 2022, and it is still holding up nicely. Still provides nice support and doesn’t deflate often. I’ve bought balance balls from others brands that don’t hold up nearly as well.

I will start off this review by saying I absolutely love this company. The customer service is amazing. When I purchased the product the company reached out to me thanking me for purchase of their product. I’ve never had a company do this to show appreciation to the customer. I absolutely loved that they did that. The quality of the yoga ball is very good too. Lots of companies will say the yoga ball is a certain size but ends up being too small or too big. The size I got is 55cm and the size is spot on. Very rare that they get the size spot on. Good quality product and good quality customer service, to me that is the best thing you could ever ask for. I will definitely be doing business with this company again in the future.

Love my ball
It is easy to inflate. I have to admit, I did not follow the instructions to inflate, I just pump it up. After a few days, I inflate my gray ball. I read directions after Pumping my ball. My gray ball has stability. I do not slide, good grip on whole body. The ball is super good to relief pain. Is is soft, gray, light, relaxing, and enjoyable for workout or chill. Have a pleasant day, today and every single day.

I love this Bodyball and Mantra Sports has given me perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever received! The bodyball came with a giant poster with illustrations of the exercises. It is really helpful when you’ve never used one. I’m in my early 50’s and decided that I really needed to keep my body in shape. I can’t do high impact exercises due to the condition of my joints, so this ball is going to be my new savior. I’m very impressed with this company. After registering the product they immediately contacted me to see if I’m satisfied with the item and checked in on my workout. For a company to take the time to reach out to me for an item in this price range is fantastic. Top notch customer service. La pelota está bien y el tamaño coincide. En mi caso cogí la de 55cm porque tanto aquí como en otras páginas de Internet era la recomendada para mi altura de 1,58. Las piernas no llegan a hacer ángulo de 90° por poco, por lo que yo habría cogido una de 65cm. Aunque es por muy poco

Eine superschnelle Lieferung, wie man von Amazon gewöhnt ist, sowie eine ausgezeichnete Ware in einer sicheren Verpackung. In dem Karton befindet sich ein “Dankeschön”, sowie eine Auflistung der Übungen, die man mit dem Ball machen könnte. Eine Pumpe mit etlichen Adapter ist auch dabei. Ich war schon längst am Überlegen, mir einen neuen Gymnastikball zu holen, doch einige negative Erinnerungen haben mich immer wieder daran gehindert. Ich habe mir etliche ähnliche Bälle gekauft, getestet und überprüft und allesamt festgestellt, dass 99% aller Bälle nur einen bestimmten, hauptsächlich geringen maximalen Gewicht aushalten können. Bedeutete damals: meine Tochter mit knapp 60 Kilo Gewicht konnte sehr gut darauf sitzen und etwas Muskulatur aufbauen, selbst wenn sie am PC gezockt. Meine Freundin hatte mit ihren 70 Kilo schon einige Bedenken gehabt, konnte aber auch einigermaßen sicher sitzen. Was mich betrifft… Ich bin körperlich recht groß, ehemaliger Profisportler im Superschwergewicht und ja, ein Mal ist so ein Ball unter mir geplatzt und… die Gefühle dabei waren, sage ich mal vorsichtig, etwas zu sehr gemischt.Doch bei diesem Ball von Mantra Sports scheint die Stabilität absolut in Ordnung zu sein. Natürlich, wenn ich darauf hüpfen würde, platzt auch dieser Ball unter mir und diesmal, da der Ball aus einem etwas härteren Material besteht als alle seine Vorgänger, würde ich mir tatsächlich wortwörtlich etwas aufreißen. Aber ich kann schon darauf sitzen und mich sogar bewegen, was davor kein einziger Ball geschafft hat. Also, schon mal ein dicker Pluspunkt. Meine Tochter kann darauf hüpfen und das fast bis zur Decke – absolut kein Problem. Meine Freundin schaut den Ball noch etwas ängstlich an (sie hat es noch gut in der Erinnerung, wie der letzte Ball unter mir platzte), wird aber sicherlich auch dazu kommen.Insgesamt bin ich mit diesem Ball mehr als zufrieden. Sollte er länger halten (bisher hatte ich insgesamt 6 Gymnastikbälle gehabt und am längsten hat so ein Ball beim täglichen Einsatz etwa 9 Monate gehalten), wäre es für mich eine absolute Nummer 1. Also, der Ball ist auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne wert.
