Cheap and great foam roller!
This foam roller is one of the best ones I’ve seen! It’s pretty cheap as well! It does seem to hurt my back some times when I use it other than that it does great! Works really well if you’re looking to pop your back or just roll out in general! Out of all the ones I’ve seen I 100% recommend this one!

Try it, It’s worth it!
Well worth the money. The material is great for stretching out my back. I get pops and cracks and great relief when using after workouts. For me personally I find it the right support and firmness soft enough to not hurt, and firm enough to get the job done. You can decide how much pressure you want with how much weight you focus and allow. For sore areas and knots you can take some pressure off and gradually ease it over. I feel much better after using it and don’t walk around with back pain feeling like in needs adjusted. It’s like your personal chiropractor at home and for a great price! I got the 24 ft and I like the size. Its big enough to do the whole body without having to balance when laying down, and easy to store. 5 stars and recommend for anyone, looking for back relief especially, after workouts or in general after a day at work!

Works well at a good price
The item is as described – a basic high density foam roller. It works and is priced better than just about any other equivalent-sized product that I could find either in retail stores in my area or online. I use it as part of my physical therapy home program. After consistent use it still looks new with no sign of falling apart. I like this larger size. I was pleasantly surprised tat it could be shipped without issue/no damage.

La espuma de alta densidad es firme sin resultar incómoda, lo que permite masajear zonas tensas como espalda, piernas o glúteos con buena presión y obtener alivio.También me gusta que el tamaño es ideal para usar tanto en casa como llevarlo al gimnasio. Además, se limpia fácilmente con un paño húmedo si se ensucia.
