Great book! Easy to track your Macros and keep yourself honest and accountable what goes on your mouth! Easy to use, has an elastic band to hold it shut and a pen holder to keep it handy. There are lots of areas to note measurements and misc plus a monthly calendar that I note how I’m feeling daily. Space in the back for common foods and “doodle” pages. Also monthly reviews for goals, wins and improvements for the next month along with a space at the end of the month for a photo and measurements. It also came with a packet of stickers which I haven’t used…..yet! Great value for the $$ and I will 100% purchase another after this one is full!! Oh, I got the blue, it’s lovely!!

Amazing quality! Highly recommend!
Beautiful and durable food journal. This was really the only option I could find that offered 6 months of journaling. The packaging was unexpected, but in a good way. I love that it was shrink wrapped so the hard cover would be protected. The design is adorable and it’s not just printed on, it is pressed into the fabric. Very well made journal. The pages inside are a bit thinner than I would like, but that doesn’t take away from the quality. Well thought out layout of the book. The stickers, pen holder, fabric page holder and elastic band to hold the journal closed are huge pluses. I purchased two to accommodate my one year journey and I know I’ll purchase more in the future.

Handy journal
This food journal is very descriptive and provides plenty of space for tracking multiple different things. What you ate, their nutrition values, how much you ate. You can also document and track your progress. Inches and weight lost. Very easy to understand and track. Super convenient size. Comes with encouraging words on the cover and inspirational and tracking stickers. There is a pocket on the back cover that I use to store the stickers. Great product! Highly recommend!!

Really solid nutrition tracker
This was a nice journal. I like the options for tracking and planning meals, the only reason I returned is because I wanted something for tracking workouts as well. I got the rose gold color but it’s a little duller than I expected in color, still pretty though.The size is great, not too bulky while still fitting a lot on the page. I think the cover would hold up pretty well, as it’s fairly thick, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the color chips over time.As for functionality, it starts with a typical goals page for these types of journals where you can record weight and other measurements. Then it’s in monthly sections that start with a calendar (nice for meal planning or I suppose you could put workouts there). Then it goes into the daily food logs. All of this is undated, so it’s easy to start at any time, or if you’re like me and you tend to get off track after a few months, you can just pick up where you left off.There are 31 days for each monthly sections, then there’s a monthly progress/results tracker at the end of each month. At the very end of the book there is a page for logging measurements over time, and a couple pages for logging the macros of your favorite products, then probably 15 blank pages for notes or anything else.
