Not for large hands
Good fit, my hands are wide palm with short slender fingers. Large hand buyers should pass. Gloves appear after 2 uses to be of good construction. A swim aid most definitely .

Great Fit!
These gloves offer resistance for my Aqua class; a combination of yoga, pilates, and aerobics. Love the way these gloves fit, but the Velcro wears poorly. This is my 3rd replacement purchase since late October, 2025.

Awesome! I exercise in the water. The increased resistance is like lifting weights, exactly what I wanted! Some of the ladies in the class had some that only went halfway down the fingers and they complained that they were tight. These go down to the finger tips, not tight at all

The size runs small so size up. They really didn’t help much in the water. But maybe they will for you.

These gloves are great resistance in the water. They fit comfortably and are priced nicely. Great for aquarium classes. I used these instead of water weights due to my hands falling asleep mid workout.

It Feels you are like aquaman
I am in love with this gloves.. absolute game changer.. they are very flexible so you can touch things and fix mask and snorkel but also enhance the swimming. Also got into areas with rough rocks and corals and y accidentally touched some and I did not get hurt…I will definitely buy these as gifts for a few friends.
