Awesome yoga and meditation pillow!
I’m a 6’4” person and this thing works amazingly well at taking pressure off poses and providing a ton of great support while still form fitting to your body shape. The organic cotton shell and organic husk fill are 100% natural and compostable and, in my opinion, offers better form fitting and support in all use cases vs the foam ones I’ve used at studios. I’ll never use a different material again due to the quality and sustainability. Well done!

Not machine washable!
This cover is falsely advertised as machine washable. If you wash it even on cold, it shrinks beyond the point at which the cushion would fit inside of it. Unfortunately I waited longer than 30 days to wash it, so when I contacted the seller they told me I was SOL and must have “used the wrong wash settings”. I did not. My washer isn’t very complicated, so a simple cold wash should have done the trick. It’s a nice pillow until you wash it, but the reason I chose this one was because I thought it was washable. Beware!

Comfortable but lightweight and easy to carry/transport. Sturdy and shapeable. Perfect size and height even without zabouton cushion. Love the color, hard to find this light beige/cream color at other brands/stores.

Excellent for us hobos who hate chairs
I love this meditation cushion. I’ve never been able to sit like a “normal” person for any length of time and be comfortable. Even now as I type this, I’m sitting criss-cross on my bed and using a breakfast tray to hold up my Surface Pro. I find sitting on the floor to be much more comfortable than sitting in a chair, and this cushion is even more comfortable than that. It allows me to sit criss-cross with my knees downward, curled up like a cannonball, or with my knees bent on either side of me and my butt elevated a bit so that my knees don’t get tired. It’s great for sitting at low tables, or for using a cedar chest or nightstand like a table. I wouldn’t spend nearly as much time in my ritual/meditation space if not for this cushion. Totally worth it.
