Ab machine that duals up as a rowing machine
Such an amazing ab machine. It also duals up as a rowing machine which is great. The instructions were super clear and easy. There were only about 7 steps all in all and very straight forward. It took about 20 minutes to put together. Very sturdy and effective. Great display as well to track progress.
