Back friendly quality foam roller!
Get the 36 option if you want to foam roller long enough to lay on it! Firm yet easy on your back. I use it several ways to keep my back moving more freely! Highly recommend! Great quality product!

On the Firm Side
This isn’t the firmest foam roller I’ve ever felt, but it is on the firm side in my opinion. I do have a half circle foam roller that is even firmer than this one and I have to say, I find this one to be more comfortable to lay on when doing my exercises on days when my back is especially tender. It’s a good length for someone to lay on. And it offers decent back support when you do.The surface seems to be made of a material that I wonder about. I’m not sure how durable it will be long-term. There’s already a small dent in it just from having it shipped to me. It doesn’t affect the functionality of the roller, but it is there and I do wonder if more dents might appear over time and use.Overall, I’m very satisfied with it. The weight of it is good and I thought it was a decent price. I’m hoping that as long as I don’t throw it around it gently it will last me a long time.

VERY FIRM FOAM ROLLER GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
This is a decent roller. I am sure other folks would love it, but it was too firm for me. I was going to return it, but the seller gave me a full refund and told me to keep it. I gave it to my yoga teacher and am very happy with the customer support. Others in yoga class like it and use it.

Hurts So Good!
If used correctly, this hurts so good! A great part of a post-work out regimen or whenever a general ache or pain crops up. I find this especially helpful for relaxing the muscles in my back and around the hip/ thigh area. My husband has used firm foam rollers for years but I began to use them more regularly once my Pilates instructor included them in our sessions.

Life saver after my total knee replacement
Firm but slightly textured which stays in place where you want it, but als alows it to roll without slipping. Was a life saver after my total knee replacement. 18″ was the perfect length for ease of use for my situation.

Has a ridge down the side that is uncomfortable
I like the firmness of this foam roller, but it arrived with a ridge/seam in it. I can feel it on my back when I use it, and it rolls weirdly on the floor when it hits the seam. I wish it wasn’t there. Would not purchase again.
