What exercises can I do with this kettlebell?
This kettlebell works for swings, squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows. The wide handle supports both single and two-handed movements, making it suitable for full-body strength training, conditioning, and functional fitness routines.
Is the handle comfortable for two-handed exercises?
Yes. The wide, smooth handle is designed to accommodate two-handed grips comfortably. The textured paint finish provides grip security during sweaty workouts without requiring chalk or gloves for most users.
Will the paint chip or rust over time?
The black paint coating is designed to resist corrosion and maintain its finish with regular use. Simply wipe down the kettlebell after workouts with a dry cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to preserve the coating.
Can I use this kettlebell on my floor without damaging it?
Yes. The flat bottom base provides stability during floor exercises like renegade rows. The smooth cast iron surface won’t scratch most flooring. For extra protection, consider using a mat under the kettlebell during intense workouts.
How do I know which weight to start with?
Beginners typically start with 5-15 lb, intermediate users progress to 20-40 lbs and advanced users work with 45-80 lbs. Choose based on your current fitness level and the specific exercises you plan to perform.

Good value, plain kettleball, does the job.
Nice quality. This is a no-frills plain black kettleball. It is the advertised weight (15lb). for the weight the handle is the appropriate size, but if you have really large hands it might be a little small for any exercises where you want to get both hands on the handle. Not sure how the handle size scales for the other weights. For most women it shouldn’t be an issue. It is a plain metal handle, but I haven’t had any problems keeping hold of it. Appreciate the value for the money. If you have delicate wood floors you may want to make sure you are setting it down on a mat. I could see the bottom scuffing a delicate floor. If you are working out on concrete or some other durable surface, that isn’t an issue.

Perfect starter kettlebell, great for teens!
The Yes4All Solid Cast Iron Kettlebell (5 lbs) is exactly what I was looking for. It’s sturdy, well-made, and has a clean, simple design. The weight is perfect for teens or beginners just getting into strength training or full-body workouts. The handle is smooth but not slippery, and the solid cast iron construction feels like it will last forever. It’s also compact and easy to store, making it ideal for home workouts.Highly recommend this as a starter kettlebell or for lighter exercise routines—it’s affordable, reliable, and does the job perfectly.

Good grip and finish, excellent for its price
Previously I ordered another 50 lb KB vinyl coated version from this same brand, the quality on that one is great so when I saw this one at a far better price I opted to complete the pair with it. Overall the finish is good, a flat, matte black which looks great. It came with some heavy scratch marks on it as you can see in the pictures but after seeing how the box came it was obvious that the fault wasn’t on the brand but on the shipping process. Some sanding and a good coat of flat black spray paint and now it looks like new.The grip on the handle isn’t as smooth as other KBs I have, however that’s something I really prefer for doing swings, snatches, halos, curls and other exercises where some movement on the hands is needed on the handle. Many people prefer a very smooth grip but I prefer to have handles with some grit on it so when my hands start to sweat a lot I don’t lose the grip. The size on it is very compact for being a 50lb one and although the base isn’t completely flat like my other Yes4all kettlebell it doesn’t wobbles much. Kettlebells are really useful tools for training and since the price of them keeps going up its good to get them at great prices like this one.

Well made
This thing is a beast. 70 solid pounds. Really like the finish and horn/handle. Also like that it has a truly flat bottom. Have some kettle bells that don’t and makes it hard to push of the bell.

Torture Test
I wanted to see how tough these things really were. I have heard many things online about cast iron vs real steel kettlebells. Throwing exercises are very beneficial so I wanted to be able to throw a kettelbell without worrying about it breaking. These were cheap enough to do the test with so I got a 20 and 25 pound kettlebell. I started out just dropping them from waist height on to grass then gradually raised them up above my head,no problems. I then moved to the street/asphalt and did the same routine,no problems. After that I did some light throws over my head on to the street, got scuffed up but no other problems. I then threw them full power over my head on to the street (probably 20-30+ feet throws),again besides scuffing up they didn’t break or anything else. Now it was time for some real hard material, concrete. I did the drop test as I did earlier and they held up fine. Then I decided to drop the 25lb bell handle down from about chest height, the handle broke in two pieces. I figured that was the limit and didn’t test the other one like that. I think the reason the handle didn’t break before was because the weight is heavier at the bottom which pulls that to the ground first and the street is softer. Real steel bells would not break no matter what because they have more flex, they would bend or dent. Cast iron is really strong and hard but also brittle,it won’t bend it will break. These bells will last a lifetime if used normally or thrown in a field/on grass even if the handle is down when landing. If you are on a hard surface like concrete be careful or if you use 2 bells at a time and accidentally drop them both on top of each other there is a chance of the handles breaking. Overall pretty tough bells for cheap. Now you know.As for the workmanship these are a little rough but not real bad around the handle. The paint is cheap/smelly and might rub off a little on your hands but oh well, not a big deal to me.Update: I bought a 10 pound for my mom and didn’t receive it after over a week so I contacted them. They said they didn’t receive my order and also they had a bad batch. They would not get the new batch in for a good while. They then said they would upgrade me to a rubber coated one and send it right away. Well, that didn’t happen and they gave me the run around while having different customer service associates contact me. One associate would say one thing then another would say something else. They started ignoring my messages after a while. After about a month I finally got my bell. All in all I would still give the bells themselves 4 out of 5 but customer service would get a 2 out of 5.

Very comfortable to the bare hands
I recently decided to start some KB exercises at home. Decided on this one due to good reviews. I am pleased with this product. It looks and feels well made; like it should last a long time even with regular use. The handle is smooth and very comfortable for bare hand use.

I’m relatively new to using kettlebells and needed to go a heavier weight. The size of the handle meant I could still get a good grip while exercising with the new weight.
