This product is amazing. For the first time in the last 3 months I don’t have to take my pain meds. It helps me to focus on my posture when I’m not wearing it. The pain in my lower back and my neck are almost non existent. I use it when I work out, clean, and relaxing. I only wear for 2 hours with 3 down times so the straps don’t hurt my armpits. I purchased the XL and it fits great after adjusting to my frame.

Best if used during light activity.
This brace feels good under light activity. It gives good support and posture correction. If you wear this product during medium to high activity, the lower strap moves and needs to be adjusted often. The Velcro holds, but it only covers a small portion of the strap, causing the ends to move out of place and stick out, needing to be adjusted often. It is lightweight and made of adequate materials.

Not as thin as I had hoped for but that makes sense with the strength and durability of the vest. It is very good quality. Having only worn it once so far, it is a little difficult getting it on and strapped to the right tension and so forth. But I am sure as I get more uses in it, it will be muscle memory, as most things similar to such a device. So far, I am pleased with the product.
