Very sturdy and surprisingly breathable and adjustable
I am 5’3 and 135lbs and the size I bought fits both me and my 6’3 180lb husband. I work at a desk all day and my posture resembles that of a shrimp lol. Once on for a little bit you really dont even notice it so it’s very comfortable and you don’t overheat at all or get sweaty underneath it like other posture correctors. Even if you try to pull against it to bend or something its not uncomfortable- it has a little bit of give so you can still move as needed without you feeling like its poking into your back. The straps move individually so its easy to put on and adjust. Recently I’ve noticed a genuine improvement in my day to day posture even without wearing it now so it also helps over time.

I ordered an XL and it fits me well (I’m around 200 lbs for reference). Works really well
The back brace is surprisingly comfortable. It fits snuggly and has multiple straps to ensure a good fit. It will make you sweat but not an uncomfortable sweat and works as a waist trainer. It has also given me some relief from my back pain. This is the best waist trainer I’ve had thus far. To me it feels like a snug hug.

I wear this at work, where I have to bend alot and stand. This helps with lower back pain and well as keeping me more mindful to stay straighter during the day. Very comfortable I could have actually gotten a smaller size for a better fit. It’s also breathable, it doesn’t make you sweaty. I would recommend to anyone looking into this product.

safer than having a book on your head
i sit at a desk all day and then come home and continue to sit for most of the night. i started experiencing neck and shoulder pain. ive been to physical therapy. ive replaced pillows. hoping this helps. ive worn it for 2 days. it has to corset like bones in the back and gently pulls your shoulders back. after a few minutes my mid and upper back gets sore, but its like a fatigued muscle sore not a rod in my back sore. so…yeah my posture has been really poor for a long time. kinda sucks wearing it, but im sure it’ll suck less as my muscles stengthen enough to hold my back up like its supposed to. size guide didnt go big enough for me. i’m 5’7 and 280lbs. got the 2xl and it fit.
