Great way to enhance water.
These little packages have been how I finally started drinking my water more regularly. It’s hey seem expensive, but I find I can add a lot more water to each packet than directed. In short, a little goes a long way.

Relaxing Healthy Electrolytes Drink
First time I tried this I was hesitant because it had a good amount of Magnesium. But I got over that when I found Magnesium is really good for you. Not only hydrates but helps with relaxation and recovery after a workout. If it weren’t for Natural Flavors in it I would rate 5 stars. Stil a lot healthier than a lot of alternatives out there (like Liquid IV for ex).

I really like these hydration packs. They are easy to take with you and just pour into your water. The flavor is great, not too strong or salty like other hydration packs. And the big plus is clean ingredients.
