Love this ring!!
I got this to try since my Apple watch cannot read my heart rate through my tattoos (it’s a fact). This is a great alternative to the very expensive brand out there. Tracks sleep, blood pressure, blood oxygen, steps, heart rate & you monthly cycle. Sleek look, comfortable to wear. Charges fast and holds a charge for several days. I went up one size I would normally wear on that finger to allow for the thickness of the ring & the summer swelling we all get. Love this ring for all my health tracking.

Wildly inaccurate health metrics
I should have known this was going to be a get what you pay for situation. A twenty dollar smart ring simply does not perform like a high end wearable, and this one proves it.The sleep tracking alone was enough to lose my confidence. It gave me an almost perfect sleep score and claimed I had around 90 percent deep sleep with only a couple minor disturbances. In reality I was up and down at least a dozen times with a sick baby. There is no universe where that qualifies as restful, uninterrupted sleep. The data was not just slightly off. It was completely disconnected from what actually happened.The blood pressure readings were even worse. I realize now that expecting accurate blood pressure from a budget ring was optimistic, but the numbers were not even in the same range as my actual readings. It showed 120 over 80 when my real measurement was 90 over 63. That is not a small margin of error. That is wildly inaccurate and potentially misleading.The pulse readings were just as inconsistent. One check showed 61 beats per minute. Seconds later, when running the blood pressure feature, it reported 83. My actual pulse at the time was 92. If a device cannot produce consistent heart rate numbers within moments of each other, it is hard to take any of its health metrics seriously.Step tracking is also inflated. It seems to count nearly every small movement as a step, which dramatically increases both the step count and calorie burn estimates. For someone carefully monitoring activity levels, that kind of inaccuracy could completely throw off progress tracking.On top of that, the Bluetooth connection drops frequently and requires reconnecting. That gets frustrating fast, especially when you are already questioning the reliability of the data.Overall, this feels exactly like what it costs. The concept is appealing, but the execution is not there. Lesson learned. A twenty dollar smart ring behaves like a twenty dollar smart ring.

Ring works much better than anticipated for the price. Accurate blood pressure reading, sleep scores. Hold charge for a long time, charging box works great, highly recommend!

BP doesn’t read well.
Tracks steps and hr well. The blood pressure red me very high. I have a wrist cuff and arm cuff, 2 machines, both read me 111/71 vary, slightly. The ring read me 174/66!! I do not believe the bp works well… Sorry to say. I will be sending back.

. Pay ATTENTION to the recent negative reviews! Its a nice ring. Comfortable to wear BUT it will not stay connected. Every morning when waking I had to reconnect it to the cord to make it contact. So NO READINGS through the night. It gives wrong readings! There is NO SUPPORT for the app. Go to app store and read recent reviews. People are begging them for help. So its not just mine. I have a fitbit and have no problems at all with it. I also have MAX highspeed internet. I have Contacted them through Amazon. They replied 2 times then stopped contact. They will not help. Returning the ring. Great idea but needs major fixes on ring and app.
