I have only had this ring for about a week, but I LOVE IT!!! I order a size 9, and it fits on my index/pointer and middle finger. My ring finger is a size 8, so this ring is pretty true to size. It is a little loose on my index finger, yet it fits firmly on my middle finger (which is where I wear it on most days). On days that my fingers are slightly swollen, I move it to the index finger; I love that I can change fingers if I need to.As far as tracking data, the ring is amazing! You can tae pictures from you ring! It tracks your sleep, heart rate, o2 stat, exercise, movement, and cycle calendar (females). It is soooooo worth the cost!

Great ring. I like it. Accuracy is not the same as an Apple Watch.
I like it. The ring is connected to an app. It tracks your activity, sleep (with sleep cycles), heart rate (and rate variability), blood oxygen, stress rate, sports and workout, and menstruation cycle. I think it is accurate for the most part. The activity and heart rate might be slightly off compared to an Apple Watch or the Apple health app. It functions well. The battery might last up to a week on one charge. I got the black ring. It looks nice. It’s shiny and it fits well. I usually wear size 8 and I ordered an 8. It was tight at first but my finger is used to it now and it is not as tight. I check the app multiple times a day and I am impressed.

This ring is super lightweight. Unlike a watch, the black color is very elegant. It tracks steps, sleep, and even heart rate. The battery life is excellent—you don’t have to charge it very often.

Great ring but app could use some improvements
This ring is super lightweight. I can sleep with this on and not even notice! The ring itself is great. I wear an 8.5 in rings and ordered a 9 and it fit snug. Not uncomfortable but tight enough for it to get a good reading.The app itself is ok. I’ve included a few photos. The measurement system in setting is backwards and I found that funny. Not a huge deal. I feel like the app overall could use some updating in terms of the Home Screen where you can see a quick overview of all your stars without having to scroll. A widget would be nice too!
