I’ve been really impressed with this smart ring so far. The design looks elegant and modern, especially in the gold color — it honestly looks like regular jewelry while still being very functional. It feels lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day and even while sleeping.The health tracking features are surprisingly detailed. I like being able to monitor my sleep, heart rate, stress levels, and daily activity directly from the app. The battery life is another huge plus since it lasts much longer than many smartwatches I’ve tried.One of my favorite things is that there’s no app subscription required, which saves money in the long run. Setup was easy, and it connected quickly to my phone without issues.

Great smart ring for everyday tracking
I’ve been using this smart ring for a while now and I’m honestly impressed, It’s lightweight, comfortable, and looks really nice, so I can wear it all day without even noticing it. The app is easy to use and tracks things like sleep and activity pretty well. It’s a great alternative compare to other expensive rings. Battery life is decent too. Overall, it does what it promises and I’m happy with it!

So far I am enjoying this ring. I found it ran small but it still fits so I’m able to use it on my ring finger – I wanted it for my middle finger. I sell jewelry online so I have a ring mandrel to measure rings to find their size and I measured my rings that fit my ring finger as a size 8, so that is the size I ordered and it was small as I said for that finger. So maybe I should have used the sizing instructions they provided – I just thought my mandrel would be more accurate than a piece of paper. I haven’t used it a ton yet but it’s holding a charge pretty well, tracks my steps well – better than my smart watch, and it’s comfortable to wear. It looks exactly as shown and I got it in silver. I take it off to shower and do dishes but have washed my hands with it on and gotten it wet and it’s fine. I don’t think it tracks my sleep as well as my old fitbit, but neither does my new smart watch. That may change. I will update this post once I see how the charge holds and if the sleep tracking improves – also how the finish wears, I’m curious about that. It agrees with my smartwatch as far as HRV and Stress tracking goes, so I think that’s accurate. The app is clean and easy to use.I wanted this so I could not always have to wear my smartwatch – like when I was dressed up, the ring looks a bit more elegant than my sporty watch. It’s also more comfortable to wear when sleeping. The watch is handier since I can look at and see information right there where with a ring you can only see info on the app – but together they’re versatile.So as I said, I will update later but so far so good – the price is great.

So far seems to he working fine. Bought a cover because it seemed to pinch when working out. The app works fine but I’m a little puzzled with the tge many exercise options for the workout portion.
