Ordered these to work out in our pool. I loved the look of them and decided to try a new version. These Aquatic Dumbbells have a a nice grip and the shape is really nice. Beats the old style that was a little bulky. These dumbbells are a nice shape that works well in the water. They are so easy to use and to hold in your hand. They are sturdily made and seem be made of good materials. I would recommend them. The swimming gloves were just an extra bonus for me, as I was really looking for the dumbbells.

I picked this because it is a set at a decent price and I needed both the water resistance gloves and water buoys. I gave 4 stars because it's fairly decent quality- there's nothing wrong with the set it's just that the gloves are too big for me. I wasn't sure if I would like doing aqua tabata enough in my pool on my own with just a video to spend a lot of money at first so I took a chance on this. Even though I know that I have smaller female hands (my ring size is 6 if that helps any) but yeah..the gloves are too big. I still ended up buying a pair of small gloves.

Gloves didn't really specify a size, but was stamped Medium on the package and they are huge. Everything looks very Cheaply made. Gloves are way oversized. Would NOT recommend. The dumbbells provide very little to no resistance versus the larger foam type. Don't waste your $ on this item.
