Sturdy, smooth, quiet, and easy to adjust.
Absolutely loved the Bike for the price it costs. I weigh about 128lbs and I can stand up easily on the pedals and can pedal as fast as possible without falling over! It’s quiet and has straight forward instructions.

Redemption!
Initially I had wrote a 3 star due to the stripping of the left pedal 2 weeks later after purchase and discomfort of the seat, but I have to give my experience after! The company reached out to make it right just a few days after my first review! They sent me the replacement pedal and tools at no charge . Don’t mistake they gave me the option of a full refund but I declined bc I wanted to utilize my bike lol. They still also gave me a small refund back for the inconvenience. I must say I was very pleased! I was able to replace the pedal and now I’m riding my exercise bike. Also they even sent me the instructions assembly and disassembly videos to make the process smoother!This is a great purchase. I am on the plus size so the seat comfort will vary by each person. As for myself I just replaced the seat! I love my bike and thank you RELIFE for your fast response and actually taking the time out to make sure I was pleased as a customer. I work from home, go to school and a single mom so this was an important purchase for me and my health! RELIFE made it RIGHT!This is a company I would actually purchase from again for equipment . Get what you pay for
As everyone has already mentioned its a bit wobbly at the base. It rocks. The ride is not smooth and the pad can sometimes squeal as the wheel begin to spin. I find my self readjusting the intensity knob to make it harder, but in 10 mins its back to being easy again. Either my legs are getting used to it very fast, the pad wears out quickly, or the intensity knob isnt stable. Its very easy to put together as a girl. Its fine for 5’2 ppl. The seat was a little too close at its farthest setting, so I installed the rod backwards so it could extend out further and hope and pray its stable. Yes the seat is hard, most bike seats are, as a daily city biker, your bum will get used to it after a week. Fight through the pain or replace the seat.

Defective Bike
I purchased this bike for my husband and it took him a few hours to assemble it. When he opened the box, the parts were scattered throughout the packaging, there was no labeling and from the overall presentation it appeared that it was a returned item that the retailer resold. The concern with this is that the item was advertised as a new item. As he carried out with the assembly, we found that the medal portion of the seat was bent in and the seat was unstable. I called customer service and their team was helpful. They stayed on the phone while we tried re-tighten up the seat, adjust the seat and sit on it to ensure comfort ability. As soon as I sat on it you could hear a loud click. We have more than one bike already so this isn’t his first time assembling one, so we knew it was an issue. We were finding ways for he, myself and our son to have our own bikes so that we can work out as a family during these unforeseen times. Unfortunately, this purchase was a complete fail and it was disheartened because as a retailer you had to know the condition the product was in. Although a replacement was offered, I respectfully declined it because now it became a trust issue. Not saying this is everyone else’s experience but it was definitely ours. Wishing you all safety. You get what you pay for. I was not expecting a Keiser. Based on the description on the Amazon site, it mentions a 330 lb weight limit. When I got the bike, well within stated delivery times and opening the box, the manual (poorly written/translated) stated a max weight of 265 lbs! Now luckily…I’m not over that weight limit. Setup was easy, helped by a youtube video. In setting handle bars and seat to their maximum levels, it is clear, that this is made for someone under 5’10”. I’m 6’2”. Construction is shoddy, bike feels and looks frail. I’ve send numerous emails to the US based distributor of this Chinese made product. No response. Nada. Bottom line, Avoid buying this and do your research properly, ask questions prior.
