So far so good!
I was skeptical when buying these but the reviews were so great, that I ended up buying a two-pack, and I’m very glad that I did. My PUR water filter that was attached to the faucet was on its last leg, and when I tried to replace it, nothing would fit, maybe because they updated their product. Anyway, I was stuck with either buying bottled water, which I didn’t want to do both because of the environmental impact but also lugging them to our upstairs apartment, or buying these, so after reading the reviews I bought these and am so glad that I did. I waited for about 10 minutes after plopping one of the capsules into my water pitcher and then drank some of the water. It doesn’t taste as good as bottled water, but it definitely doesn’t taste as if the water will harm me, and so far so good! I think I’ve even gotten used to the taste of this new water and I’m very happy that I purchased it. I will keep buying this as needed.

Chlorine taste still there
Yes, it is convenient, yes it is nice and small and fits in water bottles. I was so hopeful as was headed to a rental I had been to before where the water is soooo bad to drink. The taste is chlorine covering yuck. Well, I think these helped a bit with the underlying yucky taste but did just about zero for the heavy chlorine. I am so disappointed as was there for a week. Can you guys please figure out the chlorine elimination? I would buy again! For now, returning….

Fixes funky water from airport fill stations
I fill my water bottle in airports, many of which have funky tasting/smelling water. This thing makes all water taste fine. My current one still works fine after a year.

I’m not sure if I got a bad batch, but after treating my tap water with the pod in a glass water bottle for several minutes, the normally okay water takes on a terrible chlorine like flavour and is completely undrinkable. I’ve tried several times thinking maybe the newness would wear off and it hasn’t at all. Expensive and just awful. Will stick with my Berkley.
