Independence that works!
I have a granddaughter that doesn’t know when she is full(medical problem) so she over eats! These plates and dishes helps her with the portion control and she can do it by herself(8yrs old). And she really likes them! Great job! I also bought these because they can go in the microwave too not just dishwasher like others!

My husband is the main cook in the house, and after my procedure it was important that my food was measured. Best purchase ever! I had a gastric bypass on December 23, 2021. I still fill the restriction when I’m eating, but because I can see a full plate, I can’t stop. Don’t trust whoever says this is too small. It is supposed to be small. Surgery is only a tool, and this plate can help you to maintain that tool. Also, the quality is very good. I’m proud of my new plates. Trust me, you will not regret this purchase.

Just what I need
I’m getting sleeve surgery in a couple months and these bowls and plates are just what I need for portion control and bite size when I‘lol finally be able to eat solid food again. I bought the porcelain because I want to be able to use them in the microwave. They are a bit pricey though.
