Affordable
I purchased this for myself, as I have chronic neck pain, back pain, leg pain. I am 5′ tall, tried to put it on using the demonstrative card that comes with the package. Because it almost impossible for me to lift my arms above my head, I had a hard time putting it on. There is a video avaliable on this seller’s website that shows EXACTLY how to wear this product, and how to adjust the straps so they don’t dig into your armpits. I recommend watching the avaliable video, it helps things make more sense, and let’s you adjust the comfort.

I’m sorry, but this was extremely uncomfortable. Does not fit well and doesn’t really do the trick. There are definitely better ones out there and I wish I didn’t buy this. I would definitely not buy again or recommend to anyone.

Great for desk work
I tend to slouch when using the computer hours on end, wearing this helps keep my posture better and my back neck sure appreciates it. When I forgot wear it, I can feel a big difference that evening. Note: I am a mens 2XL any bigger and it would not fit.

Uncomfortable
It is as comfortable as some reviews cliam, it sits directly on the edge of my shoulders ( maybe it’s supposed to) so it slips a lot. Wouldn’t recommend

Life saver
Some people say it’s not one size fits all, I am 5’3″ and 180 lbs, I find it very comfortable. Fits well, doesn’t dig in. I rely on this daily to help with my back pain. I put it on for a couple hours after work every day and it takes away the tension and pain from my upper back/between the shoulder blades/neck. Seriously so happy this works it makes life way better.
