    104 days…. about 3.5 months.Pages do fold back even if not spiral.It’s okay. It’ll last 90 days.

    Column listings are perfect for my medical condition
    I give this book 5 stars because it has the two things listed that I must have columns for and that’s a salt and sugar daily count that is necessary for my heart condition.I’m half way through this book and will definitely buy another. As you shop theses log books you’ll find many missing salt or sugar in the listed columns

    About 50 pages or 100 days of logging
    Each page has two days of login. So on the one page is day one, you flip it over. It’s day two. But if you write on it with ink that’s liquid it’s going to show through. Probably any ink will show through to the other side. But it was pretty cheap compared to most and so I think it’s worth the money anyway. It looks like it’s a spiral notebook, easy to flip pages, but it’s not. It’s just a notebook.

    Easy to read but missing a column for cholesterol which would have been helpful. Also a ring binder style would make it much easier to use.

    Perfect Nutrition Tracker
    Excellent book! Being able to have a ready format to track nutrition has been a real eye opener, especially for my sodium intake. Highly recommend this book.

    This book helped my partner reverse his type 2 diabetes. He changed his diet, measured everything he put in his mouth, recorded it in the book and after about 10 weeks had lost 2 stone and was no longer diabetic. Now he’s on a maintainance diet to keep him that way. It is a very useful tool to keep track of what you actually eat daily.
