Sorry just The place are The plates are easy to swap. It’s a good weight range. It’s comfortable to use. I really don’t I really don’t under understand the purpose of the Rubberbands For between the plates. More trouble than they’re worth. The plates are kind of slippery and have a tendency to slide out of my hands.
