Easy on and off
My 95 year-old mother loves it because she can get it on and off by herself. She uses it when she works in her garden.

Instructions
The instructions/directions suck! If you are going to direct your advertising to older people, then give better instructions.

Poor instructions
Directions are terrible and written by someone with little knowledge of Engish language. For example it refers to “unbottening” a strap – there is no button on this product. The three little pictures showing how to set it up are so small,it is impossible to tell what they are supposed to be showing and the directions are so confusing that they are useless.
