For the price this is a good set. It comes with a bag and a little poster so I can bring some pieces when I travel. I don’t know how long they will last. I just got them and have only used them once.

The sliders are a game changer for doing one legged squats. Also never even thought about the little ballet socks being helpful before but they really are! And make my feet look cute lol. Love the drawstring bag. Keeps everything compact. I’ve started wearing the ankle weights around the house. I doubt it does much but feels like I’m doing something? Using mainly for glutes and legs but will try arms with the resistance bands soon
