Comfortable. A worthy investment.
I have spinal/cervical fractures and can only meditate for 10-15 minutes as most at a time before severe pain and stiffness starts. This cushion provides support, and helps alleviate pain during meditation, which is appreciated.It is thin, but it does provide support, cushion, and does alleviate pain (which I didn’t expect).The cushions for the legs/knees help with flexibility/bending during meditation and maintaining proper poses, which helps me also maintain proper alignment for my injuries during meditation.Quality is great, this product will definitely last a long time.It’s easy to clean. I keep it on a bookshelf, off the floor.It took 1-2 days to form, I keep patting it, rubbing it per instructions, that helped it form properly.If it’s bent when you take it out of the box, you will have to help put pressure on it and help flatten it.It’s light and easy to carry, so you can easily move it room to room, or take it traveling with you on a day or weekend trip.And it’s soft, a little fluffy, but not poofy fluffy.

Visually looks fine. I had high hopes. But the foam is super bad quality and so soft it doesn’t provide any support at all. Not much better than sitting directly on the floor. I will be returning.

a little low but an upgrade from an improvized zafu
During long C++ debugging sessions, the mind can become stuck. When this happens, I take a break and practice shikantaza. Previously, I was using a pillow and towel, which lacked the structural support to prevent my legs from falling asleep and limited the duration of my sits.Upon unboxing, I found the memory foam compressed and flat, though it expanded significantly within a few hours (the documentation suggests 5 days for total expansion). I was initially skeptical that the zafu (the cushion) would provide enough elevation to allow my knees to drop properly for a stable zazen posture. However, in my first session, I only experienced minor paresthesia in the toes of one foot, and the overall support was sufficient to maintain the posture without the usual discomfort for a 30-minute sit. It is a more effective ergonomic solution than improvised cushions for maintaining circulation during extended periods of stillness.The material may still be too soft for long sessions, but it’s a significant upgrade from my previous setup. The included knee supports appear useful primarily for those with tight hip flexors. The washable cover is a practical bonus.

A neat concept, but maybe not for heavier people
This cushion is a funny idea with a decent execution. The concept of a cushion for meditation seemed extremely cool. I keep it in the back of my office and take a 5 minute break on it every 55 minutes. It’s firm enough for me to not mind sitting on it for those 5 minutes, nothing special though. The support pillows for your legs don’t work as well as I’d want them to. They don’t support as well as you’d expect, I actually prefer using the pillow without the supports. Finally, the butt pillow that goes on the back is a funny idea at best. It’s not needed. Overall, comfortable enough and does what I wanted it to do. I would think twice about buying it, but I’m also a 180lb guy and it seems to be a better product for smaller people.

So soft and comfortable. I’ve had them for two days and they are fluffing up perfectly They are very thick and have the look and feel of high quality materials. The covers are removable which should make for easy washing. Very nice color as well.

The fabric on these are so soft and the quality is amazing! They do arrive compressed so give them 24-48 hours to fully take form.But these are perfect for meditating in your home or in the go, I like that they don’t take up much space. They are very easy wash and maintain.
