Functional
This is a great dumbbell set for my work out at home. Easy to store. Does not take much space. Reasonable price. I love the feel of the material. Smooth. I can still see the dumbbell set under the table and remind me to exercise every morning. 🙂It comes with a very useful information sheet for different exercises that I can do. It takes a a good 20 mins everyday but I feel good after work out. Thank you.

Love these! It’s a kettle bell and multiple different weight weights, definitely get a good bang for your buck! They are super easy to adjust and they’re easy to very easy to get a good grip!

Great for beginners/very light weights
I think this is great for complete beginners. The weights are very light and not challenging for me personally. The kettlebell portion is a great idea in theory, but it is very awkward for some of the kettlebell exercises because of its unusual shape. For the basics it is just fine. The product is well made, easy to use, and takes up little space. I wish it had heavier weights.

These weights work as a great kettlebell and easily come out of the case. The mechanisms are simple. Each weight on the dumbbells slides off smoothly and I have not had any issues so far with the functioning of these. This product is great for beginners and people with less space that can benefit from a dumbbell/kettlebell combination.

These are awesome. You can use as a kettle ball or individual weights in each hand. They are heavy enough for me and I even leave two weights off. After just one week of use doing 10-15 minute workouts I’ve noticed a difference. I totally recommend. I will admit the handle does get a bit rough where it splits to open. Still love them.
