Savior for period cramps !
I bought this for my daughter who struggles with cramps and endometriosis. She has had surgery , tried other TENS units and this one worked !

Good for mild pain
This device works ok for mild pain. It holds a charge for a long time and it’s discreet.

Eco-friendly.
Mostly to relieve my severe period cramps. She had the same reaction and was comfortable and relieved of discomfort, which says a lot. Now I can go to work and comfortably manage the pain. Works right out of the box, fully charged. You can walk around and get work done without having to lay on a heater, and it’s more environmentally friendly than disposable.

Not very comfortable or helpful
This device is not very comfortable to use. I was expecting more of a deeper vibration, but it ended up feeling like little tiny pins all over, almost the same sensation of your leg waking up after it has fallen asleep.The sticky glue material was also not easy or comfortable to handle. Reminds me of the mouse glue traps…..it was that type of material where as soon as you touched it, it stuck to you. So be careful handling the device or you end up trying to get it off of your fingers as you are trying to apply it to the perfect spot. Also, as soon as you accidentally touched where you didn’t want to, and tried to pull it off of you, it left sort of a stretch or indention in the sticky glue that never went back to its original shape.As far as pain relief, this didn’t do much. Sure there are stronger settings, but none of them actually felt like they were doing anything. To me it felt like hundreds of tiny little acupunctures……it was a very odd sensation.In summary, for how expensive the price is, you are much better off going with an actual massager pad with heat that isn’t a sticky mess.

Small, sleek and unobtrusive
This item is exactly as shown in the listing. It is small and thin. So wearing it under your clothes is possible and would go undetected.I am not experiencing period cramps so I tested it on the muscle of my thigh and felt the pulses. It runs on three modes and you can adjust the intensity of each mode via the + and – buttons on it. As I tested it I did use these buttons and the intensity changed accordingly.It comes with two sets of electrodes and the instructions state that each one can be used 25-30 times. The electrodes consist of a hydrogel which provides good conductivity. It also stays exactly where you put it so you don’t have to be immobile while using this. It removes easily.It also has a charging USB cable and it blinks green while charging.The carrying case helps to keep everything in one place, ready for use.I cannot vouch for whether it relieves cramping as I’m not experiencing any cramps, muscular or otherwise. But it is functioning as it states.

Tens period cramp tool
This is a small, very portable period cramp oriented TENS style unit. The unit itself is very compact and simple to operate with 2 pairs of elecrogel pads that snap directly onto the unit. The result is less freedom about how this is applied, but with no wires to tangle or disconnect. I’d recommend reading the include book since there’s some limits on where and by whom this should be used (it can go on other parts of your body too!) it’s easy to wear under clothes with a small lump and a little light, but there’s no sound outside of turn on/off sort of beeps. Each set of pads is set to last 25-30 times, but I’ve been unable to find replacements which is a major minus for me. You can buy some other random snap type pads, but you have to be very careful about the spacing since this product are relatively close compared to other similar pads on the market. I’m very frustrated by this.If you used to tens type pain relief, it feels like a little site specific shock that’s a little uncomfortable, but also oddly a relief. This unit allows you to adjust the intensity and the patterns these shocks occur.

deceptively powerful!
so its tiny – and it allows for you to stick it literally wherever you need it to be… I mean.. if you wanted this on your lower back – I’m sure it’ll work too but you’ll need someone else to remove it for you – its really really sticky.so I had it on for 20 mins thinking ermm its quite subtle.. no impact on pain relieving … then it occurred to me to try to increase the setting and once I did.. BOOM it literally is powerful shocking me 100%.there is no heat setting though – I am bummed about that but I guess that explains why its so tiny. if there’s heat, it’ll be a much bigger product.I most definitely will consider bringing this with me when we travel – it comes with a neat little box so its easy to transport.I do worry what happens when I run out of those sticky pads? I wondered if the sticky pads are sold by the seller but I just checked and it doesn’t seem to be so.
