THIS HAS CAFFEINE
Caviat in case anyone else missed that this does have caffeine in it. (I thought “energy” meant natural energy, but that’s okay.)The flavor is like any other electrolyte packet: basically turns your water into koolaid. [HOWEVER, DO NOT USE THIS AS A KOOLAID PACKET. I see others doing this and that is NOT what this is for. If you’re trying to enjoy water more, buy koolaid packets. These are for boosted electrolytes and other nutrients!] I have yet to try the fourth flavor, but I’m confident that it will also taste good. The other three flavors are equally delicious depending on your preference; the grape was meh to me but that’s just me. My hubs hated the watermelon but I enjoyed it. So for flavor preference, that’s customer dependent.Overall this product works as good as any other electrolyte powder. (Plus the caffeine that most others don’t have.) I have had no issues!

LOVE IT!!!! YOUR BODY AND MIND WILL LOVE IT, TOO!
HYDRATES ME EVERY DAY. Great because I get UTI’s, most women do it they don’t stay hydrated. PERFECT PRODUCT!!! I put it in a YETI with ice and bottled water next to my bed stays cold and wonderful al night. Take one when I’m driving. No added sugar or calories from stopping at Fast food to get poweraid at drivethru. Or worse yet, sodas – nearly 1000 calories! That stuff will rot your gut and your teeth. DO something nice for your body. Get on a regemin and you will feel the difference. Especially when everyone else around you is sick.

Great Electrolyte Packs!
All three of my children play lacrosse and these were a great alternative to liquid IV which is so much more expensive that this is. You get more for the money and they taste just as good. They all say it helps with rehydrating after games and practice. It’s easy to mix into the water as well.

No Somach upset, and Works Well.
The product has a good taste, and I felt it worked well with my first pack. I have a constant need for rehydration and once I read this has +Energy, I wanted to give it a try, and found like I had strength enough to get focused enough to complete my daily task. It did not affect my stomach which is idea for me with my health issues. Great value for the money with the amount of packs included.

Decent Hydration, But Not Exciting
The HydroMATE electrolyte powder packets do help with hydration and are convenient for on-the-go use. They mix easily and have a light, low-sugar taste, which is nice for anyone avoiding extra sweetness.However, the flavors are nothing to write home about, and they didn’t feel particularly exciting as party favors. Functional for hydration, but if you’re looking for wow-factor or bold flavor, these may fall a bit short.

Love These
They all taste great. I wish they offered them individually though as I like some of the flavors better than the others. They did not, however, I have purchased this again. More flavor than other brands and the benefits they provide are better.
