Containers are accurate – dont wash lids in dishwasher
Great for 21 Day Fix measurements . Measurements are accurate. Deducted a star because after one wash in the top rack (ours dishwasher has 3 racks) , the writing on the lids have come completely off. Luckily i know what containers are for what, but for beginners this will not help for a quick reference if the writing comes off. Not water tight as others have mentioned – i let my toddlers play with them in the sink and they tested that for me hahaha.The book is not very thorough. If you’re new to 21 day fix, don’t go off that book as it leaves a lot to be desired. You can download the PDF for 21 DFX for free from Bodi (formerly Beach Body).Also – the booklet has typos which is annoying.If you just need replacement containers , these work – if youre a beginner they’ll be fine , just download the PDF !

Containers are great
The product contains the correct containers as described. But, the instructions don’t explain the plan or what plan to use in relation to your individual needs. If you need the plan that explains how many containers you need per day, you can just do a web search for the 21 day container plan and it should help you use these containers.

not water-tight.
They are exactly this, portion control. but they aren’t water tight, they leak. so, they can’t do applesauce, or dressing, or even fruit that has liquid. dissapointing.

I’ve been a bodi member for years and over the years I’ve list lods, and colours of my portion control containers.This was a quick and easy fix. Affordable, same size, and free shipping. The stickers attached are in different language but no biggy. I’m quite use to the colour codes so it made no difference.Very handy and useful if you’re like me and tend to lose a few kids off of containers from time to time :p
