This InVarme heating pad has been a solid addition to my routine since I started using it on a daily basis, especially on colder days. The 12″ × 24″ dimension offers adequate coverage, so you won’t have to constantly adjust it for places like the shoulders, legs, and back.The pad has several temperature settings and heats up rapidly, making it simple to choose a comfortable setting. I haven’t observed any hot patches when using it, and the heat is dispersed uniformly around the surface. Although the settings let you change it as needed, the higher heat level does get very warm.The pad is flexible enough to comfortably wrap around various locations, and the material feels nice against the skin. Really happy with this heating pad. The material is soft and feels good on the skin, and it heats up pretty fast. I’ve been using it for my neck and lower back and it helps relax the muscles a lot. I’m really impressed with the Invarme Extra Hot Heating Pad. It heats up super fast and actually gets hot enough to feel like real relief, not just “warm.” The fabric feels soft and comfortable, and the pad looks well-made with nice stitching that doesn’t feel cheap.The controller is also very easy to use, I love that I can adjust the temperature and set a timer depending on what I need. Wow……amazing heating pad.
I have 3 heating pads that I consider to be worthless. Even when I take the cover off, at the highest setting, they don’t come close to generating the heat that I need. They were warm at best. I jumped on Amazon to see if there were heating pads that really delivered the heat. This one was the cheapest, and the reviews seemed to be excellent. I just received this about an hour ago and tried it immediately. Wow. Wow. I could not believe how much heat this heating pad was generating, and it was sustained heat. I put it on the next highest setting (7) out of 8, and I couldn’t keep it on that setting because it was just too hot. I have torn something in my knee. I had to lower the setting twice. The heat doesn’t cycle in and out. You put it on a setting, and it generates sustained heat until you change it or turn it off. It turned my knee into a reddish pink. It greatly helped to relieve my discomfort. I am thrilled with this heating pad. I have only used it once, so I can’t speak to how durable it is or if there are any long-term issues, but I would not hesitate to give this the absolute highest recommendation. Don’t waste your time on cheaper pads. This is a fantastic deal.

Its pretty good, but could be bigger
Like the title says, the pad is pretty good. But unlike what the listing claims it as being, its not really *that* large. The picture is kind of misleading (?) but I am also on the bigger side so please read product specifications unlike me.In terms of functionality though, it gets pretty hot. I used on my sprained back and it took a little time (not a whole not) to heat up in the highest setting, and it got pleasantly warm. The inside is fuzzy and nice to the touch. I only docked one star because I would have liked it to be bigger.

This thing is extremely hot, take it from someone who has been landscaping and computer chair sitting for years, I have a high pain tolerance and this thing covers my whole back and more, it penetrates deep into years of tightened fascia, I use it for all pains though, like yesterday I had a stomachache from eating too much so I layed on it, and it like warmed up my whole belly and made it feel better,As far as sleeping on it id say use setting P2 or P3, it says dont sleep on it but its fine if you are thicker or colder im 5’9″ 200lbs,I pair this heating pad with my back roller and it just melts the pain away, super good for headaches/medicine alternative
