First of the most experiense with this is that the ring connects really easy to the phone. I finally can have something that track my sleep because I know the apple watch those that but is uncomfortable wear an apple watch to sleep. Now with my ring track my sleep and i can count how many hours of sleep and how im doing. The battery life os great long 3 days with out charging which is really good.
