Benefit & sleep Miracle!
I truly love this I spray on the bottom of both pieces about 10 times and within less than 20 minutes I am falling asleep and I feel so good and refreshed when I wake up and also love this because I don’t have to take the magnesium pill all the time for the magnesium benefits.

I’ve only used this product for a few nights now. I’ve been spraying on my feet and allowing to dry before going to bed at night. The product is quick to dry and doesn’t leave any oily or odd residue on my feet which is a plus. I haven’t experienced any ‘weird tingling’ like some experience. I’m using this to help improve my sleep, as I’m pregnant and waking up a lot throughout the night. I’ve so far noticed that although I’m still waking up my normal amount (thank you pregnancy bladder) I feel like when I am asleep it is a deeper sleep and I’m falling asleep a lot quicker. I’ve already recommended this safe, natural product to friends/family.

I use this and sprayed on my daughter’s feet and stomach at night before bed. We feel like it helps. Keep her bathroom schedule regular and sleep, peaceful and straight through the night.

[Im Victor- a sharer of this account]Nothing in the directions on the bottle say not to use if you have a heart condition or consult your physician before use. I have postural orthostatic tachycardia and have palpitations (heart beats harder than normal and is noticable). This product on the first use caused my heart to slow down and my palpitations were more than what is my normal “hard palpitations”.I used it on my feet with a singular spray on my chest (it said feet and body) and let it dry completely before laying down.The only thing it says about contacting a physician is if eye contact occurs.This is a two pack and I was gonna give one to my mum if it worked- she definitely wont be getting this product.

My chiropractor recommended using magnesium spray. This stuff is amazing! It works instantly and helps relieve my pain. I sometimes get neck pain or even if I’m feeling a little anxious or stressed, a couple of sprays and I feel relieved and calm.
