Getting my quality of life back…
Not exaggerating but this massage/pressure point ball is helping to get my quality life back! I’m a US military combat veteran with a lot of aches and pains and been having left upper/mid back to chest wall pain for the last 2 years. Had all the medical work up done and gladly it was all normal, but even with physical therapy and chiropractic care the pain still persists. I was in a medical massage studio when I saw a pressure point chart and identified my pain point😲. The massage therapist advised me to get a ball. Thinking it might not work, I found the most affordable ball I could just in case.This ball works like a charm! It’s like getting physical therapy, massage and chiropractic adjustments all in one ball. The ball is very hard which I was not expecting but it’s just the right size for my pressure point. It’s light weight but indestructible and I have confidence it’ll keep holding my body weight. I use it once a day with the user guide massage point suggestions and also with others I’ve found online. I will be getting a second or even third ball so I’m never without one whether I’m at home or traveling. The beautiful thing is that I don’t have to wait on anyone to assist me like I do with my Thera gun deep tissue massager. I have nothing bad to say this product. It’s only been good for me!

This is a high quality deep tissue massage ball that really works! You can use it on your hands, wrist, feet, back, or anywhere you want. You don’t need to put too much pressure on it. Very durable.

Firm / rigid, light balls. works well if you using a softer surface like a bed.
Good massage ball. Firmer material than I expected after having a firm foam ball that dried out. Lighter than anticipated. works well on neck and back. Use them while laying on my bed and still works well.

Deep tissue massage balls
Perfect sizes and firmness, but I think I like the spiky textured ones better (personal preference thing). The small one is great for plantar fasciitis and the bigger one helps get rid of the knots in my back.

Excellent size and surface texture for a massage “la crosse” style ball.
This little massage ball was a good price for the size and textured surface. It was firmer than expected but very effective, not too hard for sensitive muscle knots and aches, but provides an excellent pressure point relief. It came with a little guide to different uses for a variety of trouble areas.I got this because I have some knots around my left shoulder blade that are increasingly causing issues with my neck and interrupting my sleep. I’ve done a few sessions with this in both a chair for pressure and lying down and already feeling a difference. Little ball makes a big difference and for the price, I am very happy with it since similar products were easily three times the price.
