My skin feels like silk
This foundation is amazing!!! I’ve tried Armani Luminous Silk and it gives the same silk feel as Armani but glows more and costs less. It blends out so naturally into my skin Zero patchiness. Just healthy, glowy skin.

The coverage is ok. It’s easy to blend & light texture. Light enough buildability with a serum & dust with powder to set. Color match was good!

Wonderful foundation !!
I have to say this product exceeded my expectations. I have probably 20 bottles of foundation, color is never right. I even ordered a very expensive brand and it was not even close. This is wonderful, looks natural and covers so well. It is now my go to foundation most days. It is a small bottle but lasts a long time. I use a foundation brush and it looks great. Try it!!

205 Ivory is a true neutral beige!
I am a fair low-chroma, cool-leaning neutral with beige as the most dominant undertone in my skin. I can’t tell you how many years of BAD foundation it took me to figure that out. 205 is a fair-light neutral shade. It skews true beige, being neither yellow, peach, nor pink. I know this because I applied it to my lower face and neck under direct sunlight, and I could hardly tell where the foundation ended and my natural skin began. Hours later it still hadn’t turned yellow, peach, or pink on me. I’ve heard that the OG drugstore brands (like Covergirl) use an older method of color mixing that works better for neutrals. So this CG is a winner for me as far as undertone and depth. It’s great to have a reliable foundation option that’s sold everywhere.However, it falls shy of five stars: The coverage is light to medium at best. Though it has an elegant, almost “whipped” feel when pumped out of the bottle, it looks diffused when applied to skin. It evens out complexion, but doesn’t cover flaws very well. It’s also fragranced, and I’m not sure who in 2026 still wants scent in their makeup. It does fade relatively quickly. But it’s a foundation that stops short of delivering everything.

I wrote the color was too light, but I had picked up an old bottle that wasn’t my new one. The med. beige is perfect, not too light as I previously stated. It’s perfect and I love the coverage, not thick.

INCREDIBLE.
I am a connoisseur and tester of foundations / makeup. I have purchased the most expensive to the cheapest drugstore products. Believe me when I say this is one of the best foundations on the market currently. Does not settle into lines, keeps your skin moisturized and looking glowy. It is truly incredible. I’m going to buy a ton more out of fear the will discontinue this.

Today is Day 1 on this makeup, here are my thoughts…Life long matte foundation lover, the texture of my face throughout the day just instantly makes me feel “ick”. It is silky and smooth and it’s actually not wet feeling… maybe “moist”, is a better descriptor. (I don’t like that word lol) It’s just foreign to me and I think this is something that will take some time getting used to. It has a pleasant smell. I actually really like the scent, but if you are sensitive to scents, you may or may not like that. The coverage to me seems light/medium. I am having issues with my mascara smudging under my eyes. That’s been an ongoing issue, but it is worse with this foundation, as I skipped dusting foundation powder or setting spray on top of it this this morning. Had to fix my face over my lunch hour. I am hoping it moisturizes my face at the very least. I work 0800 to 1700. It is currently 1630 and the best way to describe how my face feels — Feels like I have serum on my face that hasn’t absorbed.My end goal is to get away from foundations. I have been working on repairing skin issues so that I am able to have a healthy complexion and break free from being a slave to makeup. I’m now shaking my head at all of the years that I suffocated my face in makeup that I didn’t need. Now I need it to cover up the damage I caused!I’m really trying to accept that as I get older, with more mature skin, I am unable to wear matte foundation. I am currently on the hunt for the right foundation for me.
