    No extras–just the essentials!
    I’ve had Diet Journals before that take up 2 pages–room for recording information that I do not consider essential. This calorie counter uses just one page per day with plenty of room for recording the essentials–date, weight, calories, water, exercise, and notes. Perfect!

    I love it for calorie counting. And a blood sugar, blood pressure journal. Keeps me on track. I feel the mood part it dumb but I guess it would work for some.

    Good calorie tracker.
    Great. Only about 60 or so pages so will last about 2 months maybe a little longer.

    Nice but could be sized-down
    While this has a pretty design, it is too much paper and could be easily reduced to half-size. I don’t intend to track for a short period of time so I would need a few of these to carry me through a whole year.
