I’ve had Diet Journals before that take up 2 pages–room for recording information that I do not consider essential. This calorie counter uses just one page per day with plenty of room for recording the essentials–date, weight, calories, water, exercise, and notes. Perfect!

Great. Only about 60 or so pages so will last about 2 months maybe a little longer.

While this has a pretty design, it is too much paper and could be easily reduced to half-size. I don’t intend to track for a short period of time so I would need a few of these to carry me through a whole year.
