Best neck heat – absolutely
I am a 100% heating pad user on the daily. I have been living with heating pads and all the various versions for the last 15 years. I decided to try something that was promoted by Bob and Brad after seeing their videos (which I love and are so helpful) versus the normal search I do. And I must say, I will be back for more Bob and Brad products. I have already ordered a weighted back pad, and a massager, just because the quality of this neck pad is phenomenal. I cannot believe the price compared to what you get in the other versions I have used over the years. The heat penetrates so well – incredible quality. It has a weight to it that is so comfy – and the size covers the shoulders down the middle back. So for someone who suffers and needs heating pads on the daily, this is a no-brainer. It shuts off in 90 minutes, and I just hit 90 minutes again for all that comfort and care. It’s fabulous. Wish I would have seen this before now.

A great way to relax after a long day of work
Another great product from Bob and Brad. I have let my wife , and my co-worker tried this weighted heating pad. My co-worker is a chef, and my wife is a waitress, so their upper bodies have been worked hard all day. Both said they felt relieved and relaxed after a 60 mins session. Size and weight is perfect for small female, but for me a 185lbs man, I think it could be a little heavier, so I want to minus half a star for that, but if I laying down with it, then there is no problem feeling the heat. It is really easy to use, and the quality is quite good. Last but not least, their customer service is top notch, I had a problem with my massage gun last year, and they took care of it quickly.

Larger than I expected. Highly recommend if you have shoulder issues or upper back. Heats well, very good material and overall high quality. Fast shipping. Worth the money. Great product.

Easy to use
Soft but heavy, not really needed in my opinion. I hate the snap!!! Almost impossible to snap it in place, Velcro would be a much better closure. It does have good heat. Not sure if it will help my shoulder and neck pain or not, time will tell.

Cheap, flimsy plastic snaps
Cheap, flimsy plastic snaps. Either arrived broken or the two halves of the male plastic snap broke and separated on first time unsnapping.

Unique relief
The “cape” covers your upper back, shoulders and upper chest. It has many snaps to adjust to different size people. It has a weight to it that keeps the heat directed. The remote is attach to the cord so it won’t get lost. The remote is preset to 1 hour at 100 degrees but can easily be adjusted with a tap to the up down button. It can also be laid flat and cover other troubled areas such as your back or thighs. Very happy with it and would not go back to the traditional flat heating pad.
